We all miss him very much. He was my brother, and five months out of the year, we were the same age, so we always were close and grew up close. He was a very outgoing person and loved to pick on you any chance he got. I have always loved that grin and twinkle in his eyes, as you can tell from the picture. My husband bonded with him like a brother, because they would work on motorcycles together and go play pool together. My husband always said he felt like he had his own bodyguard with him because Wayne was bigger than him. My Dad liked Wayne living at his house because someone was always there to have breakfast and coffee with in the mornings. He also left behind his son, Wayne II, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren, who all miss him. When you always have your Dad for anything and everything, even if it's just a conversation, you don't exactly know what to do without them. I know that for a fact now, for Dad died Dec. 30, 2006, and it has been terrible. But at least we did not lose him from a tragic accident, like Wayne had. I also have another brother, Bobby, who is a miniature of Wayne, who is having a hard time accepting everything that happened because Wayne was always so careful about driving. This was one of those things that he didn't have time to stop for or do anything about.

He was following my husband and grandson on his motorcycle that day into town, when the guy in the van ran a stop sign because his cell phone rang and he picked it up to see who it was. None of us can seem to understand why this happened to such a good, honest person. The good Lord must have needed him for something. Please pay attention to your driving if you have to talk on a cell phone while doing so.

We Love and Miss You with All Our Hearts,
Your Son and Family
Sister and Family
Brother and a Lot of Friends
