Any person who believes he/she, or any special class of individuals, is subject to discrimination under Title VI may file a written complaint through a representative or directly with ALEA’s Title VI Program Coordinator. The complaint should contain relevant contact information and details of the allegedly discriminatory action(s). Individuals alleging discrimination by a DOT-funded sub recipient also have the option of filing a complaint directly with the sub recipient. A complaint must be in writing and submitted within 180 days following the date of the alleged occurrence. Submit complaints to:
